Common Questions
How long does it take to get a summary?
Summarisation takes 15-25 seconds based on the length of the lecture. Longer lectures may take slightly more time.
How to use?
Simply open the extension while watching a lecture and click the "Summarise Lecture" button. Your summary will be ready in seconds. You can then view it, copy it to your notes, or use the timestamps to jump to specific parts of the lecture. For more information, please visit our How to Use guide.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password.
What happens if there is a bug?
While we strive for high accuracy, result may vary due to slightly different platforms and lecture styles. If you encounter any issues or bugs, please report them to us at support@lecturesummariser.com.au. We appreciate your feedback and will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Account & Billing
For questions about your subscription, payments, or account details, please check your account settings or reach out to our support team.
- All payments are securely processed through our payment provider (Stripe).
- Subscriptions can be managed directly from inside the extension.
- Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available. However, you will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.
