Common Questions

How long does it take to get a summary?

Summarisation takes 5-10 seconds based on the length of the lecture. Longer lectures may take slightly more time.

How to use?

Simply open the extension while watching a lecture, click the "Summarise" button, and wait for the summary to generate. You can then view, copy your summary, or use it to jump around the lecture. For more information go to How to Use.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password.

Account & Billing

For questions about your subscription, payments, or account details, please check your account settings or reach out to our support team.

All payments are securely processed through our payment provider (Stripe).
Subscriptions can be handled from inside the extension.
Because of the nature of the service, refunds aren’t available. However, you’ll continue to have full access until the end of your billing period.
